SHIPPING POLICY
100% Free shipping for all bundles, wig units and hair pieces. There is a $10 shipping fee for each bottle of Juicy Root Hair Growth oil to be sent out within the US due to the weight of the contents.Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding any Holidays that fall on a week day) for processing and shipping for your items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased products unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT. If product is deemed defective by the merchant, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.

Please Note: Once your products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership a package transfers immediately to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
